Hello, my name is Andy and I have recently set up Caley Pines to pass on my vast experience as a freelance tour guide. Since my youth I have been an outdoor enthusiast having climbed almost every mountain in Scotland and hiked most of our great long distance trails. I have been to every corner of this amazing country and learned all about our very turbulent history as I went. I have driven, cycled and camped all over the Highlands, Islands, Central belt and the Lowlands creating unforgettable memories and phenomenal stories which I like to pass on to my guests. This gives me the edge as a guide, you never know a place until you meet the locals - let me pass on many a story passed down from the colourful characters I have met on my travels and I may even introduce you to a few. You don't have to walk far to come across an ancient Castle, battlefield or stunning scenery in this country.
